Your confirmation email is normally delivered within a few minutes of registering. If you do not see it in your email, check some of these common issues.

  1. Check your profile and confirm you have entered a valid email address. Double check the spelling of your email address to make sure there are no typos and double check that you have entered the correct domain type (.net, .com, .org.) If everything has been entered correctly, proceed to step 2.
  2. Sometimes SPAM filtering software can block your confirmation. Make sure you have configured your email settings set to receive all incoming mail and notifications from this website: (will fill this in later). If your settings are in order, proceed to step 3.
  3. Check the “Spam” folder in your email to confirm the confirmation email has not been incorrectly categorized. You can also type in “Graemont Estates Confirmation” in your search bar to search all possible folders for the file.

 

Once you have completed the necessary steps, you can send another copy of the confirmation email to yourself through this site. To do this, simply login to your profile and click “Resend Confirmation E-Mail” located at the bottom of the screen. This will send another email with the confirmation link needed to activate your account.

HOA

Graemont HOA dues are $800/per lot. For new owners there is an additional one-time registration fee of $500.
You can send a violation report via email using the online “HOA Violation/Problem Report Form” found under the (fill this in later).
All gate related issues can be directed to our gate administrator, Brad Hopson. He can be reached by email at: hopsonboys@aol.com or by telephone at: (903) 570 – 0782.
  • If you have questions concerning linking your key fob to your car, Brad will assist in setting up your vehicle transmitters so you can use your car buttons to open the entrance gate.
  • If you wish to purchase a key fob opener, Brad has some available for purchase. Once purchased, he will assist with activation.
  • If you have guests visiting who will need entrance to the subdivision, they can access the directory listing at the front gate.
  • If you wish to have the entrance gate left open for a special event or occasion, please contact Brad in advance to arrange this.
  • Brad also has instructions on how to use the security cameras for remote viewing.
